Macarrones con carne rustida

Está claro que con un poco de carne picada y un bote de tomate frito podemos hacer unos macarrones, pero si queremos comer unos MACARRONES, con mayúsculas, le hemos de dedicar un poco más de tiempo. Probar estos y veréis!!

No es una receta rápida, pero es un plato de lujo total……!!

 

 

INGREDIENTES para 5/6 personas:

– 500 Gr. de macarrones

– 1 bote grande de tomate al natural triturado

– 250 gr de ternera en un trozo

– 1 pechuga de pollo deshuesada

– 10/12 salchichas

– 2 cebollas

– 1 tomate

– 2 dientes de ajo

– 1 hoja de laurel

– Orégano

– Un poco de azúcar

– Aceite

– 1 vasito de vino para cocinar

– Sal y pimienta

– Queso para gratinar

 

 

REALIZACIÓN:

En una cazuela poner un fondo de aceite a calentar.

Salpimentar el pollo y la ternera y poner en la cazuela junto a las salchichas a dorar.

Añadir los dientes de ajo y el laurel

Cuando esté dorada la carne poner la cebolla y el tomate cortados en trozos.

Cuando la cebolla y el tomate están dorados añadir el vaso de vino y dejar reducir.

Añadir un poco de agua y dejar cocer a fuego lento hasta que las carnes están tiernas y se ha reducido el jugo.

Mientras en una sartén sofreír un poco de cebolla y cuando esté dorada añadir el tomate triturado. sal, pimienta, orégano y una cucharada de azúcar para quitar el acidez del tomate.

Cocer a fuego lento hasta que el aceite se separa del tomate.

Cuando esté hecho el rustido triturar el pollo y la carne con la picadora pero no demasiado, ha de quedar en trocitos, y cortar las salchichas a trocitos finos (o triturar, a mi me gusta cortarlas)

Añadir a la salsa de tomate y añadir también el resto del rustido (el jugo y resto de tomate y cebolla). Mezclar bien y añadir a los macarrones que previamente hemos cocido al dente.

Cubrir con queso para gratinar y meter al horno (Grill) hasta que el queso esté dorado.

A veces en el rustido añado hígado de pollo y le da un gusto especial, pero no a todo el mundo le gusta.

También podemos añadir al rustido alguna especie de setas como “Camagrocs” o “Moixarnons”
