Lasaña
Me encanta la lasaña!, creo que es un plato que te soluciona mucho, como está hecho de pasta y carne solo necesitas acompañar de una buena ensalada para que sea una comida completa. Además, no es nada complicada de hacer (solo un poco entretenido…) y queda buenisima. En casa tenemos dos versiones de lasaña, la típica que os explico hoy y una de espinacas, que está más que buena, y que os explicaré más adelante.
INGREDIENTES para 6 personas:
– 18 Placas de lasaña
– 50 Gr. de aceite de oliva
– 2 Zanahorias
– 1 Cebolla grande
– 1 Ramita de apio
– 1 Diente de ajo
– 1/2 Kl. de tomates pelados
– 1 Vaso de vino blanco
– 1/2 Kl de carne picada de ternera
– 100 Gr. de queso parmesano rallado
– Sal, Pimienta, Orégano
– 1/2 L. de salsa bechamel
– Un poco de mantequilla
REALIZACIÓN:
Si las placas de lasaña son de las que no necesitan cocción, ponerlas en remojo. Si son de las que hay que cocer hacerlo siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante.
Picar las verduras bien finito.
En una cazuela amplia o sartén poner a rehogar las verduras (excepto el tomate) con el aceite.
Cuando están bien rehogadas, añadir la carne y dejarla cocer hasta que la carne tome color.
Añadir el vaso de vino y dejar cocer a fuego vivo hasta que ha reducido completamente.
Añadir los tomates rallados, la sal, pimienta y orégano. Bajar el fuego y tapar la cazuela.
Dejar cocer cerca de una hora vigilando que no se pegue. Si es necesario añadir unas cucharas de agua o caldo.
Cuando el sofrito esté acabado, secar las placas de lasaña con un paño o papel de cocina y extender en una fuente de horno una capa de las mismas.
Encima de la pasta extender una capa del sofrito, rociar con un poco de salsa bechamel y esparcir un poco de queso parmesano.
Ir haciendo capas hasta acabar con las placas de pasta y el sofrito. La última capa ha de ser de pasta.
Extender por encima el resto de la bechamel y el queso parmesano, Poner unas porciones repartidas de mantequilla.
Meter en el horno pre-calentado a 200º durante 1/2 hora, vigilando que no se queme el queso.
