Siguiendo con las recetas fáciles y fresquitas para el verano, esta es un clásico en casa.
En esta época solemos tener siempre unas bolsas de mozzarella en la nevera (y tomates que no falten jamás!) y más de una vez nos ha solucionado un imprevisto. Solo necesitas 5 minutos y ….voila!!
INGREDIENTES por persona:
– 1 Tomate (Yo he usado los de “Cor de Bou” que están excelentes en esta época, pero se puede usar cualquier especie)
– 1/2 bola de mozzarella de bufala (o la normal, o burrata…. lo que más os guste)
– Aceite de oliva virgen
– Crema de modena
– Sal Maldon
– Albahaca (En esta ocasión la he usada seca pero si es freca mucho mejor)
REALIZACIÓN:
Limpiar los tomates y cortarlos en lonchas finas
Escurrir la mozzarella y cortarla del mismo grosor que los tomates.
En el plato ir intercalando capas de tomate y mozzarella.
Mezclar el aceite con la albahaca y rociar por encima del tomate
Poner unas escamas de sal por encima y adornar con la crema de modena
