Ensalada de bacalao y naranja
Desde que me decidí a abrir mi propio blog he aprendido un montón de cosas de otros blogs a los que sigo por Twitter o Facebook. Sobre todo he aprendido que uno puede salirse del guión y hacer mezclas con alimentos que resultan originales y buenísimos. Este es el caso de esta ensalada que vi en el blog de Manu www.cocinandoconcatman.com
Siendo super sencilla de hacer resulta muy original y refrescante, así que ya se ha quedado entre mis recetas familiares. Como siempre, he modificado un poco las cantidades e ingredientes de la receta original.
Creo que ya os conté que hace unos meses asistí a un curso de corte con cuchillos Zwilling en el que aprendí un montón de cosas que ni me había imaginado de los cuchillos, pero lo que más me impactó fue como con sólo un cuchillo bien afilado podemos convertir una simple naranja en una delicia, simplemente sacándole la piel que cubre cada gajo.
INGREDIENTES para 4 personas:
– 400 Gr de Bacalao desalado (Ponerlo a desalar 24 H. antes)
– 4 Naranjas
– 1 Cebolleta tierna (2 si son pequeñas)
– Aceitunas negras
– Pimentón dulce
– Aceite de oliva Virgen extra
REALIZACIÓN:
Desmigar el bacalao, cortar las naranjas en gajos (en mi caso les quité la piel a los gajos), cortar la cebolleta en trozos pequeñitos.
Repartir en 4 boles o platos y mezclar los ingredientes.
Poner las aceitunas, rociar con el aceite y poner por encima un pelín de pimentón dulce.
Así de fácil…. Ya me contaréis, seguro que os gusta!!!
