Champiñones con brandada de bacalao
Esta es otra receta de las que he comido en un restaurante y me ha gustado tanto que enseguida la he hecho en casa.
Es muy rápida de hacer y queda buenisima.
Sirve tanto como primer plato como para tapa o picoteo.
Probarlo porque seguro no os defraudará.
INGREDIENTES:
– 1/2 Kl de Champiñones
– 1/2 Kl de bacalao desalado
– 200 Gr. de Aceite de oliva virgen
– 1 Diente de ajo
– Pimienta blanca
– 1 Diente de ajo
REALIZACIÓN:
Limpiar bien los champiñones y sacarles el rabo. Salpimentar y rociar de aceite.
Ponerlos en una fuente y cocer en el horno a 180º durante unos 20 minutos, o hasta que veaís que están cocidos.
Como os decía en otra receta:
La brandada la hice con la Thermomix, pero quien no la tenga sirve cualquier receta de brandada, la red está llena, os pongo esta del blog delicooks.com de ejemplo, por que es la más parecida a la de Thermomix que he encontrado (Sin leche ni patata) y seguro que está buenísima.
Para hacerla en Themomix:
Escurrir bien el bacalao y secarlo con un trapo o papel de cocina. Reservar.
Poner el aceite y el ajo en el vaso de la Thermomix, programar 6 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 3 1/2
Incorporar el bacalao y triturar en velocidad 6 hasta que la mezcla quede homogénea. Poner un punto de sal si es necesario y la pimienta blanca molida.
Cuando tengamos las dos cosas hechas, ponemos la brandada sobre los champiñones. Se puede poner con una manga pastelera, como he hecho yo, o con una cuchara.
Se pueden comer tal cual o gratinarlo un poco. En la foto podéis verlos de las dos maneras.
