Magret de pato con salsa de frambuesa
Esta es la típica receta super fácil y que te hace quedar bien.
Supongo que sobre esta receta habrá la versión trabajada y con mucha técnica… pero esta es un manera fácil y rápida de hacerla y queda realmente bueno.
Como acompañamiento a mi me gusta poner arroz salvaje, pero esta vez no encontré y puse una mezcla de tres arroces que no está mal pero al hervirlo deja el arroz de un color rosado.
INGREDIENTES PARA 4 PERSONAS:
– 2 Magrets de pato
– 1 bote de mermelada de frambuesa (200 gr)
– Sal y pimienta
– Arroz salvaje
REALIZACIÓN:
Salpimentar los magrets
Calentar una sartén sin aceite, cuando empiece a estar caliente poner los magrets por el lado de la piel hacia abajo 12 minutos y otros 4 minutos por el otro lado.
Retirar los magrets del fuego y sacar la mitad de la grasa que han dejado en la sarten.
En la grasa restante diluir la mermelada de frambuesa y dejarla que cueza unos minutos.
Cortar los magrets en lonchas y poner la salsa por encima.
Acompañar de un arroz salvaje hervido.
Con el tiempo indicado la carne queda rosada por fuera y crudita por el centro. Se puede tener más tiempo si no gusta tan cruda.
Recomiendo poner una mermelada de calidad, es el toque del plato..
